CT对脾脏转移瘤的诊断价值(附10例报告)

摘要

目的 探讨CT对脾脏转移瘤的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实或随访证实的10例脾脏转移瘤的CT表现.结果 10例转移瘤均表现为单发或多发低密度灶,粟粒型1例,囊肿型4例,结节型3例,巨块型2例.结论 脾脏转移瘤的CT表现具有一定特征,结合临床资料可明确诊断.%Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT for splenic metastasis.Methods The CT findings of 10 cases with splenic metastasis proved by pathology or follow-up were retrospectively analyzed.Results The CT findings of 10 cases with splenic metastasis were single or multiple low density lesions with types including 1 miliary,4 cysts,3 nodules,2 masses.Conclusion Splenic metastasis has certain characteristic CT manifestations and,combined with clinical data,a definite diagnosis can be made.
