静脉内平滑肌瘤彩色多普勒超声诊断价值探讨

摘要

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对静脉内平滑肌瘤病的诊断价值.方法 对9例静脉内平滑肌瘤病患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析其声像图特征,并与临床外科手术进行对照.结果 9例患者中1例表现为子宫多发实性团块,8例均做过子宫切除术,均在盆腔内发现实性占位,彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示静脉内实性回声,内为动脉血流,超声可清晰显示其累及范围.结论 静脉内平滑肌瘤病彩色多普勒超声具有一定的特征,可作为其首选的影像学检查方法.%Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of intravenous leiomyomatosis (IVL).Methods The color Doppler ultrasonography images of seventeen patients with diagnosed intravenous leiomyomatosis were retrospective analyzed. The sonography features were compared with clinical surgery. Results 9 cases were all female.Among 9 patients, there was 1 patient with multiple solid mass of the uterus;there were 8 patients with fibroid resection history.The location, internal blood flow and scope of intravenous leiomyomatosis can be displayed clearly.Conclusion There are some typical ultrasonic features of intravenous leiomyomatosis.Color Doppler ultrasonography is the preferred imaging method for diagnosis of intravenous leiomyomatosis.
