智能往复密封件摩擦力检测装置的研制

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of automatic detection of the friction of hydraulic reciprocating seals under the condition of high pressure and multi-cycle times, based on the detection principle of the starting friction and the dynamic friction of the reciprocating seals, a detecting system was designed, and the hardware configuration, PLC software design and man-machine interface design of the control system of the de-tecting device were done, the friction detecting device of reciprocating seals was eventually obtained based on PLC and kingview. The friction test of O-ring seals under the pressure of 25 MPa and recurring 1000 times was done by the detecting device. The results indicate that the detecting device can detect the dynamic and starting friction of reciprocating seals under the complex condition of high pressure and achieve the test operation process and detection process in the man-machine interface, realize the detection accuracy of 0. 65 N, the detection process is stable and reliable a high degree of automation and human-computer interaction.%针对高压、多循环次数条件下的液压往复密封件的摩擦力自动检测问题,基于往复密封件的启动摩擦力及动摩擦力的检测原理设计了检测系统,并对检测装置的控制系统进行了硬件配置、PLC软件设计、人机界面设计,最终得到了基于PLC及组态王的往复密封件摩擦力检测装置,利用该检测装置对25 MPa、循环往复1000次条件下的O形圈密封件进行了摩擦力检测试验.研究结果表明,此检测装置能够实现高压复杂工况下的往复密封件的启动摩擦力及动摩擦力检测,能在人机界面上实现试验操作过程及检测过程,检测精度能达到0.65 N,检测过程稳定可靠、自动化程度高、人机互动性强.
