本文利用已知序列的四种物种:人、鸭、鸡、猪的A型流感病毒基因序列.利用生物统计的方法:相关分析(Correlation Analysis)和对应分析(Correspondence Analysis)、SAS程序、MATLAB程序以及CodonW软件对四种常见物种基因的主要密码子的12个重要的亚型进行了密码子偏好性的分析,并将分析结果进行偏嗜性比较.结果表明基因表达程度并不会影响密码子使用偏嗜性.%This paper accesses influenza virus A gene sequences from different known sequences of genes in four infection species, which are human being, duck, chicken and swine. By using biostatistics approaches including correlation analysis, correspondence analysis, SAS and MATLAB program, codonW software, we analyze synonymous codon usage bias of 12 main subtypes of common genes in four infection species above, besides, we also compare the results refereing to codon usage bias. The result shows that the gene expression degree will not affect the codon usage bias in these four species.
