Objective: To discuss the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction convalescence. Methods: 100 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction admitted from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups (n=50). The patients in the conventional group were followed up by telephone. The patients in the study group were followed up by continuous nursing. The treatment compliance and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results: The treatment compliance score and quality of life score in the study group 3 months and six months after discharge were significantly higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with cerebral infarction convalescence treated with continuous nursing follow-up mode can improve treatment compliance and quality of life of patients, and is suitable for clinical promotion.%目的:探讨脑梗死恢复期患者采用延续性护理模式干预对患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响.方法:将2015年3月～2017年3月收治的100例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为两组 (n=50) , 常规组采用电话随访, 研究组采用延续性护理随访, 比较两组的治疗依从性及生活质量状况.结果:研究组出院后3个月及半年的治疗依从性率和生活质量评分都明显高于常规组, 组间数据对比差异显著, 有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:脑梗死恢复期患者采用延续性护理随访模式进行干预, 能提高患者的治疗依从性, 改善患者的生活质量, 适合用于临床推广.
