促宫颈成熟中药物与人工破膜引产的临床对比研究

摘要

目的：：对比分析促宫颈成熟中药物与人工破膜引产的临床效果。方法：选择2012年1月~2015年1月某院收治的延期妊娠妇80例，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各40例，对照组患者给予米索前列醇片促进宫颈成熟，实验组患者给予人工破膜，对两组患者的临床效果进行对比分析。结果：实验组患者在给予缩宫素引产术48h 内宫颈达到成熟的例数显著优于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：人工破膜促宫颈成熟的作用比药物更好。%Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of drug and artificial rupture of mem-branes on promoting cervical maturity in induction.Methods:Selected 80 delayed pregnant women received in some hospital during the period from from January 2012 to January 2015 randomly divide them into experi-mental group and control groups,40 cases for each.Patients in the control group were treated with misopros-tol tablets to promote cervical maturity,the experimental group were treated with artificial rupture of fetal membranes ,compare the clinical effect of two groups.Results:Within 48 hours after the experimental group had been treated with oxytocin to induct,the number of cases that cervix got mature was significantly larger than taht in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:It is more effective to promote cervical maturity through artificial rupture of fetal membranes than with drugs.
