Objective:To discuss the influence on education environment of acupuncture therapy by PBL method .Methods:Choice the grade 3 students of acupuncture field 75 ,2009(36 ,for PBL) who learned with PBL method ,2008(39 ,for Traditional) who learned with traditional method .After course two groups were assessed with DREEM questionnaire .Results:The mark of PBL group was 148 .6 ± 18 .8 ,while the mark of traditional group was 112 .8 ± 19 .7 ,it shows significant difference(P<0 .01);all braches of DREEM of PBL group were obviously higher than traditional group(P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion:PBL method could im‐prove the education environment of acupuncture students .%目的:评估PBL 教学法改善针灸本科教学环境的作用,为针灸本科教学教育环境的设计和进一步改革提供理论依据。方法:选择针灸专业3年级本科生75人,2009级(36人,PBL组)采用 PBL教学法,2008级(39人,传统组)采用传统教学法。课程结束后采用教育环境评估量表(DREEM )评价两组教育环境。结果:PBL 组DREEM 总分为148.6±18.8,传统组为112.8±19.7,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);PBL 组DREEM 各维度评分显著高于传统组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:PBL 教学法能显著改善针灸本科专业课教育环境。
