贝那普利和阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of benazepril and atorvastatin calcium tablet combined treatment in hypertension combining coronary heart disease.Methods:180 patients with hyperten-sion combining coronary heart disease who were treated in the department of cardiology in Maoming TCM hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups (90 patients each)according to randomized principle.The patients in control group received the single thera-py of benazepril while patients in observation group received the combination antiretioviral therapy of atorv-astatin calcium tablet based on the treatment in patients of control group.The course lasted for two months. The variables of blood pressure of patients in two groups were observed and record,the total effective rate was calculated,the total clinical effect was evaluated and the incidence condition of adverse reaction was re-cord.All the data was analysed and processed by statistical software SPSS20.0.Results:Diastolic blood pres-sure and systolic pressure of patients in observation group were significantly better than that of control group after treatment and the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).In terms of clinical effect,the total effective rate of observation group(83.3%)was significantly higher than that of control group(62.2%)and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05 ).In terms of incidence condition of adverse reaction,there were two cases of dizziness and gastrointestinal discomfort appeared in each group in one week's treatment and the difference had no statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril and atorvastatin calcium tablet combined treatment in hypertension combining coronary heart disease can significantly improve varia-bles of blood pressure with significant clinical curative effect and high safety.It is worth speading its use clin-ically.%目的：：观察贝那普利和阿托伐他汀钙片联合用药治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年5月期间于茂名市中医院心内科接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者180例为研究对象，按随机原则分为两组，每组各90例，其中，对照组患者施以贝那普利单药治疗；在此基础上，对观察组患者施以阿托伐他汀钙片联合用药治疗。整个疗程为2个月，期间比较观察并记录两组患者的血压指标，计算两组患者的总有效率，评价其总体临床疗效，同时记录治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。所得数据运用统计学软件 SPSS20.0进行分析处理。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的舒张压和收缩压均明显优于对照组，差异均具统计学意义(P <0.05)。临床疗效方面，观察组的总有效率(83.3%)显著高于对照组(62.2%)，差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。不良反应发生情况方面，两组患者在治疗1周内均各有2例出现头晕和胃肠道不适现象，差异不具统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论：贝那普利和阿托伐他汀钙片联合用药治疗高血压合并冠心病，能显著改善血压指标，临床疗效显著，安全性高，具有很高的临床推广价值。
