纳布啡联合地佐辛防治剖宫产术中寒战的研究

摘要

目的:探析纳布啡联合地佐辛在剖宫产术中寒战防治中的应用效果.方法:选取2016年1月~2016年11月于某院产科接受剖宫产手术的104例孕妇为研究对象,以随机分配原则分组,对照组的52例孕妇接受曲马多麻醉,观察组孕妇接受纳布啡联合地佐辛麻醉,对两组麻醉效果进行对比.结果:两组孕妇用药前后的平均动脉压、脉搏氧饱和度相比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的寒战发生率、不良反应发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:纳布啡联合地佐辛在剖宫产术中寒战防治中的应用效果较为显著,可降低寒战发生率,且安全性高,可广泛应用推广.%Objective:To explore the effect of nalbuphine combined with dezocine in the prevention and treatment of chills during cesarean section.Methods:A total of 104 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section from January 2006 to November 2016 were selected as the subjects.52 pregnant women in the control group were treated with tramadol and the observation group were treated with nalbuphine combined with dezocine, then compare the anesthesia effect of the two groups.Results:The mean arterial pressure and pulse oxygen saturation of the two groups were significantly different (P>0.05).The incidence of chills and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nalbuphine combined with dezocine in the prevention and treatment of chills during cesarean section is more significant, which can reduce the incidence of chills and high safety and can be widely used.
