本文在中国情境下的员212组织认同感知途径五因素(率先垂范、体恤关爱、明理述规、行为一致、外部认可)基础上,借鉴中国传统的阴阳五行思想,构建了中国情境下的员工组织认同感知途径模型。然后,通过大连三洋制冷有限公司的案例研究,证实该公司企业文化实践与模型具有较高契合度,并提出了改进该公司企业文化建设的建议。%Based on the five factors of the perception channels of organizational identification in the Chinese context, i.e. setting a role model, compassionate care, sensible state regulation, consistent behavior, and external recognition, this paper learns from the traditional Chinese ideaof yin-yang and builds a perception channel model of organizational identification. It then con- ducts a case study on Dalian Sanyo Refrigeration Co.,Ltd. and confirms that the corporate culture practice is highly compatible with the model. Finally, it gives advice to improve the corporate cul- ture of the company.
