对两种冷却模具得到的 Sm2Co17型永磁材料铸锭进行了全面取样并进行金相与成分分析,确定了该类铸锭中存在富铁钴、富钐铜以及富锆三种析出相,并明确了其相对位置关系和分布规律,对该类材料的研究提供了重要的参考。%In this paper, ingot of Sm2Co17 type permanent magnet materials from two kinds of cooling molds was comprehensively sampled, and studied by metallographic observation and component analysis. The results indicates that Fe-Co, Sm-Cu and Zr rich phase are formed in the ingot, and the position and distribution of the precipitated phases were also determined. These consequences provide important reference for the research of Sm2Co17 type permanent magnet material.
