理念与行动的契合--评《提升大学教学能力：教学中心的作用》

摘要

Improving the quality of teaching is the universal task of the Higher Education in today ’ s world, and one of the fundamental measures is to improve the teaching ability of University teachers .American Universities started the development of teacher teaching in the earlier time , therefore it is more mature , advanced and represent-ative that worth learning .Within the rich heritage , the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching ( CRLT) of University of Michigan becomes the leader in this filed .The book Advancing the Culture of Teaching on Campus:How a Teaching Center Can Make a Difference is the summary of their successful experiences .This paper mainly comments on the work of the CRLT from two aspects:idea and action .%当今世界范围高等教育所面临的普遍性问题是提高教学质量，而其中的一项根本措施就是提升高校教师的教学能力。美国大学的教师教学发展起步较早，比较成熟，更为先进，有代表性，值得学习。其中密歇根大学“学习与教学研究中心”由于其深厚的底蕴而成为其中的佼佼者，《提升大学教学能力》一书就是对其成功经验的总结。笔者主要从理念和行动两个层面对该书阐述的教学中心工作进行评述。
