从'新型大国关系'创新译法看中国外宣翻译的文化自信

             

摘要

As a major country, China ought to form its own independent theoretical and language system of the translation of publicity materials, so as to increase its voice in the international community.To bring into being the theory and system, a breakthrough has to be acquired on the basis of culture.And to be more specific, this can be achieved in the following aspects through the building of "cultural confidence": first, from the perspective of knowledge, our foundation should be founded on the studies of ancient Chinese civilizations and the traditional translatology; second, in terms of method, our main cultural characteristics should be emphasized while learning from other cultures; third, as to the speaking right, it is important for China to tell its own story to the outside world and convey its voice.In addition to this, the building of "cultural confidence" for translation of Chinese publicity materials also needs constant theoretical innovation.We should, under the guidance of "focusing on Chinese own characteristics while learning from other countries, concentrating on the present while respecting the history; caring about human beings and facing the future", elaborately construct our language system which, on the one hand, embodies our own Chinese characteristics, on the other hand, is understandable and appealing for people from other countries.In such ways, the creativity, credibility and charisma of translation of publicity materials will be achieved.%作为一个大国,中国应有独立自主的外宣翻译理论话语体系,以增强在国际上的话语权.确立中国外宣翻译的理论及话语体系,应该从文化的角度寻求突破口,在确立"文化自信"过程中形成中国自主的外宣话语体系:从知识维度上看,要立足于国学和传统译学;从思想维度上看,要在吸收借鉴中体现自我主体性;从话语维度上看,要讲述中国故事,传递中国声音.同时,中国外宣翻译的"文化自信"还要不断地进行理论创新,按照"立足中国、借鉴国外,挖掘历史、把握当代,关怀人类、面向未来"的思路,精心构建对外话语体系,在体现"自我主体性"的同时,让世界愿意听、听得懂,最终形成中国外宣翻译的创造力、感召力和公信力.
