流通环节速冻食品可追溯的问题与对策——基于郑州市的调查研究

摘要

本文就食品中的速冻类食品在流通环节的可追溯问题展开研究,从技术体系的建立、标准体系的建立以及信息共享平台的建立等方面阐述了关于速冻食品可追溯问题的整体构建思路,并就河南省省会郑州市的速冻类食品市场展开问卷调查和相关的研究,分析速冻食品在流通环节可追溯的建设存在的问题,提出相关的对策建议.%In this paper,the traceability of food products in the circulation is studied,and the overall construction of the traceability problem of frozen food is described from the aspects of the establishment of the technical system,the standard system,and information sharing platform. Questionnaire survey and related research are conducted about the frozen food market in Zhengzhou City,the capital of Henan province,analyzing the problems existing in the con-struction of frozen food traceability in circulation,putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
