基于一次函数的煤炭采样机最大允许偏倚值（B）研究

摘要

Being the key parameter of bias test for coal sampler machine,the maximum tolerable bias( B) is still no uniform reference value. Aiming at this problem,a liner function was established via the linear relation-ship between the maximum tolerable bias( B) and ash. The test results show that the method is practical,and can be used as a performance criterion in bias test.%针对目前煤炭采样机偏倚试验的关键参数最大允许偏倚值( B)还尚无统一的参考值问题，采用一次函数建立了最大允许偏倚值( B)与灰分的线性关系。试验结果证明该方法具有很强的实用性，可以作为偏倚试验的性能判据。
