提升高师院校教育实习成效的探讨

摘要

Teaching practice should run through four-year undergraduate program in order to ensure teaching practice time. The effectiveness of teaching practice can be improved through study and research. Universities can plan as a whole to send their students to primary and secondary schools for field practice and meet the demands of these schools. This measure can help improve the effectiveness of field practice and demonstrate the core development for normal universities which features top quality. For better effectiveness, the field practice time should be guaranteed, the construction of education information platform be established, the practice bases should be extended to a wider range and a monitoring system be set up. To sum up, a comprehensive teaching practice system should be established to achieve desired results.%通过将教育实习覆盖四年本科全学程以保证实习时间；通过强化实习的研习环节以巩固提升实习效果；通过全校统筹成建制地混合编队到中小学实习以解决中小学相关诉求等途径，以适应新形势下全面提升师范院校教育实习成效的目的，成为实现师范院校体现以质量为核心的内涵发展。要确保教育实习的时间足够，构建教育实习的信息平台，将地方师范院校的教育实习基地延伸地域外，构建教育实习成效监控的多元主体，探索教育实习体系立体贯通，来保障教育实习模式取得预期成效。
