宋代赣闽粤边区私盐问题研究——以私盐贩、地方豪民、政府的关系为中心

摘要

私盐贩、地方豪民、宋政府都与宋代赣闽粤边区私盐问题有着密切的关系. 私盐贩销不仅影响着政府的财政收入,而且给地方社会增加了不稳定因素,弱化了宋政府对地方社会的控制力. 私盐贩入地的地方豪民更多的是扮演着私盐贩销的领导和幕后操控者,与政府处于对抗性的博弈之中;私盐贩出地的地方豪民大多在自发或在政府的组织下,充当着领导民众抵御私盐贩侵扰的角色,与宋政府处于合作性的博弈之中.%The illegal salt vendors, local rich people and even the government of the Song Dynasty had a close relationship with the illegal salt issues at the bordering regions between Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangdong provinces. The illegal salt trafficking not only affected the government's fiscal income, but also increased the instability in the local areas, weakening the control of the Song Dynasty on local society. For this, the government took a series of measures to combat the illegal salt vendors, tried to strengthen its social control on the bordering areas. However, the local rich people played important roles behind the trafficking, who were confronted with the government.
