试论学校升格后中专教师自我更新的基本路径

自我更新取向的教师专业发展是当前教师专业发展的重要途径，有着现行教师进修制度不可比拟的优势和效果。升格后的中专教师只有走自我更新取向的教师专业发展路径，才能摆脱困境，使自己的专业生涯达到新的高度。%Self-improvement-orientation is the most important approach for teachers’ professional develop-ment and its advantages and effects are much better than the current teaching training system.Only through the approach of self-improvement-orientation,can the secondary school teachers get rid of the di-lemma and reach the new level of their professional career after upgrading of school.
