绩效管理被引入高校辅导员队伍管理中已经多年,但运行成效不明显,职业化为辅导员绩效管理提供了新的发展思路。文章在分析辅导员职业化内涵的基础上,提出辅导员绩效管理发展的对策。%The performance management has been introduced into the management of college counselors for many years, but the running effect is not obvious. Professionalism in counselors' performance management provides a new development ideas.
