基于职业化理论的高校辅导员绩效管理困境与出路

绩效管理被引入高校辅导员队伍管理中已经多年，但运行成效不明显，职业化为辅导员绩效管理提供了新的发展思路。文章在分析辅导员职业化内涵的基础上，提出辅导员绩效管理发展的对策。%The performance management has been introduced into the management of college counselors for many years, but the running effect is not obvious. Professionalism in counselors' performance management provides a new development ideas. Based on the analysis of the connotation of professional counselors, countermeasures about the development of counselors' performance management are put forward.
