野生桑叶与药用桑叶中总黄酮的含量比较

摘要

Objective: to determine the content of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves and compared with wild medicinal in mulberry leaves. Methods: the extraction of Flavonoids from mulberry leaves by ultrasonic method in the sample, the content of total flavone was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: the content of flavonoids in the concentration of 20~70mg•mL-1 range, good linearity, mulberry leaves. The average recovery was 97.5%, RSD was 1.81%. Conclusion: the wild mulberry leaf flavonoid content of medicinal mulberry leaf bought more than pharmacies.%采用超声波法提取样品桑叶中的黄酮类化合物，利用紫外可见分光光度法测定其总黄酮的含量。比较野生桑叶与药用桑叶中总黄酮的含量。结果表明，黄酮含量在浓度20~70mg•mL-1范围内，线性关系良好，桑叶的平均加样回收率97.5%， RSD为1.81%，所测的野生桑叶比药店买回药用桑叶的黄酮含量高。
