摘要

Flavonoids from mulberry leaf are a kind of physiological active materials that can powerfully combat with biological oxidation. They are widely used in medicines and health care products. The present research established the best conditions for flavonoid extraction using a circulation method of 80% alcohol (solid-liquidratio = 1:30, temperature = 80°C). The extraction was performed 5 times for 3 h. Ultraviolet spectrophotometery and high-performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the extraction rate of total flavonoids.
