Using spectrophotometric methods to study the rate of consumption of Rumex obtusifolius L.fla-vonoids on DPPH radical scavenging,the results of the expenimear shows that:the extraction of the flavo-noids from Rumex obtusifolius L. on DPPH elimination has better effect. Going up along with the Rumex obtusifolius L. flavonoids compound density, its function of anti-oxidation will be strengthen gradually. The elimination of the density of the Rumex obtusifolius L. flavonoids (0.194mg/ml) was attained by 91%, and remarkable exceeded the same density VE and EDTA, lower than the same density VC .%采用分光光度法测定钝叶酸模黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基的清除率。结果表明:钝叶酸模黄酮化合物对DPPH有较强的清除作用,且清除率随试样中钝叶酸模总黄酮溶液浓度的增加而增强。钝叶酸模总黄酮在样品浓度为0.194 mg/mL时,清除率最大达到91%,略低于相同浓度下VC的清除率,显著高于VE和EDTA的清除率。
