组合工字板梁的焊接变形的预测与控制

摘要

针对组合工字板梁的焊接变形问题，选定了翼缘总角变形、总收缩以及不等宽翼缘的弯曲变形来进行预测，并采用一些工艺措施加以控制，确保满足设计需要的构造要求以及焊接质量，保证了板梁的制作质量。%Considering the problem on the welding deformation of Built-up I-Beam, the flange angular deformation, total shrinkage and the bending deformation of unequal width of flange were selected to forecast and control some technology measures were adopted to satisfy the construction requirement in design and the welding quality. The processing quality of plate-girder is guaranteed.
