In recent years, the national exhibition industry is developing rapidly, so is our country 's higher vocational exhibition education. However, the increasing number of the graduates cannot meet the needs of exhibition companies. The reasons are as following: the training scale of the talents majoring in exhibition doesn't fit the market's demand. Exhibition companies and higher vocational colleges have different viewpoints on the training level. The training outline of the exhibition talented is not reasonable in colleges.
