The key of Chinese agricultural information digitization (AID) is to apply computers to rural areas. As a developing country of agriculture, a vast group of technically talented people are badly needed, who are welcomed by peasants and are willing tostay in country site. What are the features of New Rural Area (NRA)? That means information digitization enters villages, touches farmers life and is applied to agricultural manufacture. Therefore, the quantity and quality of higher vocational education(HVE) for computers are pretty essential in Chinese agricultural information digitization process.
