“语言刑侦学”学科的理论基础与应用价值

摘要

凭借语言质料，以突破“侦查死角”为切入点，以“法哲学”与“语言哲学”为其认识论指导，吸收和借鉴“刑侦学”、“语言学”、“法学”、“计算机科学”等多学科的理论知识，以此讨论“语言刑侦学”之理论基础；以“刑侦原理”为其实践操作支持，通过“语言”的功能二重性潜移默化准刑侦人员（学员）的逻辑推理能力与人文素质养成，以此分析“语言刑侦学”之应用价值，以期为“语言刑侦学”学科立言。%Byusing“investigation blind angle”as thebreakthroughpoint via language material,philosophy of law and language philosophy asthe guidance for epistemology, meanwhile, absorbingand learningfrom forensic science, linguistics, law and computer science in order to discuss the theoretical basis,this articleusesprinciples of criminal investigation as the practical operation support to analyze its application value via language feature duality to develop the formation of investigation officer or trainee’s logical reasoning ability and humanistic qualities,then tolaythe foundation for language forensic science.
