不同视角下大学生就业能力研究及教育建议

摘要

The employability is very important for the development of college students. But it is difficult to find out the general ability and reach a consensus for the college students. The article is a review of the theory and research in college students employability from different perspectives such as the government and colleges, the enterprises, and the college students. Then we make some suggestions as follows. (1) The educational institutions should pay attention to the development of college students' comprehensive employability and set up the curriculum of the college students employability. (2)Enterprises should take dynamic view to the problem of the college students' employment and enhance the human resources devel- opment. (3)College students should correct their way of thinking, practice their comprehensive employa- bility and carry out their career planning.%就业能力对于大学生未来的发展至关重要,然而如何找到大学生应该发展的就业能力,并达成共识并不是一件简单的事情。基于不同视角（包括高等教育机构、政府机构、用人单位和大学生自身）对大学生就业能力的相关理论和实证研究进行系统综述,提出相应的教育指导建议：（1）我国高等教育机构应关注大学生就业能力的培养,建设好就业能力课程;（2）用人单位应该用动态发展的眼光看待大学生就业问题,加强人力资源开发;（3）大学生应端正思想,注重自身综合能力的培养,及早做好自身的职业生涯规划。
