全日制教育硕士研究生实践环节的模式选择及思考——以辽宁师范大学为例

             

摘要

The design and implementation of practical training of full-time postgraduates of education have direct and important connection with the quality of the cultivation of full-time postgraduates. This study presents detailed analysis and summary on the practical training mode for full-time postgraduates of education in Liaoning Normal University and display the triad mode of practical training for full-time postgraduates of education in Liaoning Normal University in terms of guarantee of system and practice bases' construction, and enforcement regulations. On the one hand, the design and implementation of the above practice mode illustrate the distinct cultivation characteristics of full-time postgraduates of education in Liaoning Normal University. On the other hand, they provide a platform and meaningful enlightenment for the sustainable development of full-time postgraduates of education in China.%全日制教育硕士研究生实践环节的设计和实施与全日制硕士研究生培养质量的高低有着直接而重要的关系。本文以辽宁师范大学为例,对其实施的全日制教育硕士实践培养模式进行了详细的分析与归纳,进而从教育硕士实践工作的制度保障、教育硕士实践工作的基地保障、教育硕士实践工作的运行程序三个方面展示了学校“三位一体”的全日制教育硕士实践环节的培养模式。这一模式的设计与实施不仅体现了学校全日制教育硕士培养模式的成功特色,也为全日制教育硕士的可持续发展提供了可资借鉴的经验和平台。
