高职教育“订单式”培养模式的困境及对策

摘要

Starting from the connotation of order training,it analyzes the problems in the training pattern of order-mode,and puts forward measures.It should change the present talents＇ training mode in higher vocational colleges,and support enterprises to conduct talents＇ training of order-mode from policy.It should fully play the accelerating role of industry association for the cooperation of colleges and enterprises.It establishes early warning monitor mechanism of order training,then gets out of predicament to perfect training pattern of order-mode,making it more effective.%从＂订单式＂培养的内涵入手,分析了＂订单式＂培养模式存在的问题,并提出措施：改造高职院校现有人才培养模式,从政策上支持企业进行＂订单式＂人才培养,充分发挥行业协会对校企合作促进的作用,建立＂订单式＂培养的预警监控机制等。从而走出困境,使＂订单式＂培养模式更加完善、更加具有实效性。
