工学结合视阈下高职青年教师专业发展研究

             

摘要

At present the team of higher vocational teaching staff gradually expands, and young teachers take nearly part of proportion. Although the professional development of young teachers is in a good whole tendency, there exist many problems. Therefore, it shouid qualification system of higher vocational teachers. It should construct the communication platform for teachers in government, industries and enterprises. It should set up the new policy to evaluate higher vocational teachers' titles of a teclmieal post, It should construct all-round and multi-level training system for higher Vocational teaching staff, establish teachers' incentive policy, develop educational research and make teaching reflection.%当前,高职师资队伍不断壮大,其中青年教师所占比重几近一半。青年教师专业发展虽然整体态势良好,但仍存在很多问题。对此应完善高职教师的准入制度和教师资格制度;建立政府、行业、企业间的教师沟通交流平台;出台高职教师职称评定新政策;构建全方位、多层次的高职师资培训体系;建立健全教师的激励政簸;开展教育研究,进行教学反思。
