EFC合作式高职饭店英语课程教学模式探析

摘要

在高职饭店英语课堂教学与考核两个关键环节中，通过引进企业专家、外籍教师与中籍教师的EFC合作方式，对于基于项目课程理论的高职饭店英语课程设计研究，以及培养高职饭店英语专业人才的岗位技能、实现与实际工作岗位零距离对接具有重要的推动作用。%The cooperation in the form of EFC, which includes enterprise experts, foreign English teachers and Chinese English teachers, in classroom teaching and examination of hotel English in higher vocational colleges is introduced to probe into the design study of higher vocational hotel English based on the theory of project curriculum, wain the post skills of talents majoring in higher vocational hotel English, and realize zero distance connection between students and practical jobs.
