以心智技能为重点提升职业技能培训质量

摘要

通过对技能教学工作的特点、规范、规律、学生心理等技能教学规律的研究，在阐明技能内涵的基础上，分析了感知技能、操作技能、心智技能等教学规律。结合高等职业教育实践技能教学的现状，提出了职业技能培训应以提高受训人员的心智技能为重点的实践教学理念，并就如何培养学员的心智技能做出了具体的分析论证，通过提高学员的心智技能强化职业技能训练，进而有效地提高学员职业技能水平。%　　Through the study of skilled teaching rule on skilled teaching work's characteristics, standards, law and students' psychology, on the basis of explaining skills connotation, this paper analyzes som e teaching rules of cognitive skills, operating skills and mental skills. Combining the present condition of practical skills teaching for higher vocational education, it puts forw ard that vocational skills training should focus on the practical teaching concept of increasing trainees' mental skills. It m akes specific analysis dem onstration on how to cultivate trainees' mental skills. Through increasing trainees' mental skills to strengthen vocational skills training, it can effectively increase trainees' vocational skills level.
