医学生人文素质教育的现状分析与路径优化

     

摘要

Medicine is qualified with double attributes of social science and natural science. Medical humanity quality education has become the important composing part of medical higher education, as well as the necessary choice of cultivating eligible medical talents in the new period. At present there exist some problems for students' humanity quality education in medical major, such as the single discipline background, the lack of system and regulation for curriculum setting, the deficient number and low quality of teaching staff, and the shortage of teaching hours for humanity education. Therefore, it puts forw ard the solving m easures, including the change of educational thought, getting rid of the old concept, the improvement of teaching mode, the perfect of cultivating scheme, the enforcem ent of discipline construction, the integration of teaching force, the dependence of campusculture, and the creation of humanity atmosphere.%  医学具有社会科学和自然科学的双重属性,医学人文素质教育已经成为医学高等教育的重要组成部分,是培养新时期合格医学人才的必然选择。目前医学专业学生的人文教育存在着学科背景单一化,课程设置缺乏系统性、规范性,师资队伍数量匮乏和质量不高,人文教育课的学时不足等问题。对此提出解决对策:转变教育思想,摒弃陈旧观念;改进教学模式,完善培养方案;加强学科建设,整合师资力量;依托校园文化,营造人文氛围。
