To provide a communication path optimization apparatus which can search for an optimal path in ad hoc network, a communication path optimization method, and a communication path optimization program.SOLUTION: A communication path optimization apparatus includes: a path information acquisition unit which acquires path information relating to a communication path of messages, from a stream processing basis which transfers messages in ad hoc network formed by autonomous routing of a communication terminal; a path information storage unit which stores the acquired path information in a database; an optimal path searching unit which acquires multiple pieces of the stored path information as a set, and searches for an optimal path, as an optimal communication path, on the basis of a communication bandwidth based on the acquired set, regardless of the number of hops; and an optimal path storage unit which stores optimal path information relating to the searched optimal path in a database which can be read by the communication terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
