高职院校大学生人文素质教育的理论与实践

H um anistic quality is m an's basic quality, as w ell as the cornerstone of the m odern civilized society. T he 18th N ational C ongress report puts forw ard new requirem ents for education career. W ith strengthening m orality education as the basic task of education and im plem enting quality education in an all-round w ay, colleges and universities should pay great attention to and try to develop a new w ay of students' hum anistic quality education, strive to achieve "three integration": the essence of the dom estic traditional culture and foreign advanced education concept, students' characteristics and future developm ent needs and hum anities quality education content, the hum anistic quality education and social practice activities, m ake efforts to im prove the curriculum system , actively explore the educational w ay, and really enhance the level of students' hum anistic quality cultivation.%人文素质是人的基本素质，也是现代文明社会的重要基石。党的十八大报告对教育事业提出了新的要求，要“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务”，“全面实施素质教育”。高校应高度重视并努力开拓学生的人文素质教育新途径，力求做到“三个融合”---国内传统文化的精髓与国外先进教育理念相融合，高校大学生生源特点和未来发展需求与人文素质教育内容相融合，人文素质教育与社会实践活动相融合，努力改善课程体系，积极探索教育方式，真正提升学生的人文素质修养水平。
