职业核心能力为目标的大学生社会实践路径探索

     

摘要

Social practice is an effective way for college students to knowmore about the society, learn more knowledge and increase ability. It is an important carrier to cultivate student professional core competence. Focusing at such problems as simple formof higher vocational college students' social practice, major asymmetry and no quality assurance, the college integrates professional core competences like learning skills, information processing skills, communicating and cooperating skills, innovating and benefit making skills and foreign language application skills into the social practice. It also explores the newway of higher vocational student social practice from completing the management mode, and curriculumpractice, and provides a favorable plat form for their comprehensive quality training.%社会实践是大学生了解社会、学习知识、增长能力的有效途径,是培养学生职业核心能力的重要载体。针对高职大学生社会实践形式简单、与所学专业不对应、实践质量得不到保证等问题,大连职业技术学院把学习能力、信息处理能力、沟通协作能力、创新创效能力、外语应用等能力为主要内容的职业核心能力融入大学生社会实践,并将其作为重要培养目标,并从加强重视、完善管理模式、课程化实践等方面探索了高职大学生社会实践的新路径,为大学生综合素质培养提供有利的平台。
