随着高等教育大众化发展,高等职业教育已占据高等教育半壁江山。由于高职学校录取分数处于高等学校录取层次的末端,高职学生普遍存在文化基础课成绩较差、学习动力不足、自卑感强烈和学习动力缺失的特点。因此,应在高职院校开展励志教育,引导高职学生进行自我肯定、自我激励,树立远大理念和自信的品格。具体应在思想政治教育中贯穿励志教育内容,在相关课程中讲授励志教育内容,在校园文化活动中贯彻励志教育内容。%W ith the developm ent of higher education popularization, higher vocational education has occupied half of higher education. D ue to the low passing m arks of adm ission, higher vocational students have the characteristics:their cultural course basis is w eak, they lack learning m otivation, and they have strong feeling of inferiority. T he inspirational education content should be throughout ideological and political education, included in the related courses and im plem ented in the cam pus culture activities.
