以就业为导向的高职课程开发研究

             

摘要

目前,由于高职教育课程设置仍受学科范型下的课程体系的束缚,导致高职人才的培养难以适应市场和企业需求。因此,推行以就业为导向的课程开发模式,明确“四位一体”课程建设目标,建立任务驱动型的“项目化”课程内容,建立“学生主体、实践优先”的多元化课程实施模式,构建“分段、分岗、分层“的新型评价体系,必将有利于培养出与市场和企业需求“零对接”的高素质技能型的适用性人才。%At present, the curriculum setting of higher vocational education is still in the control of the curriculum systemunder subject categories, which results in the difficulty of meeting the requirements of the market and enterprises for higher vocational students. It must carry out the curriculum development pattern with employment-orientation, define the purpose of curriculum construction of " the four in one method", establish the task-driven project content, establish diversified curriculum implementation mode of "students center, practice priority "and build up new evaluation systemof "section, post and stratification". These will be beneficial to cultivate high quality skilled talents "zero" connecting with market and the enterprise demand.
