中德'双元'培育人才培养模式本土化的探索——以盘锦职业技术学院为例

构建先进的职业教育人才培养模式,一直是高职院校发展的主题.盘锦职业技术学院与德国国际合作组织机构进行合作,在化工类、机电类和养老护理3个专业上进行"双元"培育,并从课程体系构建、课程开发、企业培训师的培养、质量跟踪与评价等方面进行人才培养模式本土化的探索与实践,为新时期职业教育改革发展提供了理论依据和实践经验.%The establishment of advanced vocational education talent cultivation mode has been the theme of the development of higher vocational colleges. Panjin Vocational Technical College has cooperated with the German international cooperation organization, conducting dual nurturing in chemical type, electromechanical type and elder-care. It also explores the talent cultivation mode localization in terms of the course system construction, course development, the enterprise trainers training, and quality tracking and evaluation, etc., and provides theoretical reference and practical experience for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era.
