微博自组织机制的形成与管理——以某重大突发事件中的谣言为例

Based on the formational conditions of Self--organization, by Content analysis method,the paper analyses the diffusion process of rumor in the Japan＇ s earthquake on Sina＇ s weibo, find that Micro--hlog has the function of self-correction, its＇ formational conditions and communication model also adheres to the operation law of Self--organization. The Self--organization mechanism on Micro--blog provides another view for the regulation on Micro-- blog.%基于自组织的形成条件，运用内容分析法，对日本地震中某谣言在新浪微博中的扩散过程进行考察，发现微博具有自我纠正的功能，其自组织的形成条件和传播方式也遵循自组织的运行规律。微博具有的自组织机制为微博管理提供了另一种视角和启示。
