Choosing zinc nitrate as the starting material, citric acid as complexing agent, and using sol-gel method make high purity zinc oxide powder. Through the X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, laser diffraction particle size analyzer ,the powder of phase composition, morphology and particle size distribution of the characterization, and the citric acid and Zn2+ complexation reaction mechanism was analyzed The results show that, using citric acid complex legal system in 450℃ can prepare the hexagon wurtzite structure of ZnO powder materials; The powder which is made in 550℃ have high crystallinity, shape a rules, and particle size distribution is more narrow. The concentration distribution is 0. 5-1.2 um.%以硝酸锌为起始原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了高纯度氧化锌粉体.通过X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜,激光衍射粒度分析仪等对粉体的晶相组成、形貌及粒度分布等进行了表征,并且对柠檬酸与Zn2+络合反应的机理进行了分析.结果表明:采用柠檬酸络合法在450℃即可制备出六角纤锌矿结构的ZnO粉体材料;在550℃下制备的粉体结晶度较高,形状较规则,粒径分布较窄,集中分布在0.5—1.2um.
