过去的十年中,国内外多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的发病机制、危险分层以及治疗等方面的研究取得了突破性进展.新药的不断出现、嵌合抗原受体重定向T细胞的问世以及异基因造血干细胞移植的开展,使MM患者预后得到了极大改善.%In the past ten years, much progress has been made in the pathophysiology, risk-stratification, and treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). Emerging paradigms in the therapy of MM including new drugs, chimeric antigen receptor-modified T cells, and allogeneic stem cell transplantation have improved the prognosis of MM patients.
