基于层次分析法构建师范类大学生就业能力体系的研究

摘要

近年来师范类大学生就业形势严峻，文章通过对师范类大学生就业能力进行调查问卷，利用层次分析法构建师范类大学生就业能力评价体系并得出就业能力权重值及位次，以期指导师范类大学生就业。%In recent years, the employment situation is severe for normal students in colleges and uni-versitoes. According to the questionaire for normal students, this paper tries to establish the assessment em-ployment ability index system for normal students in colleges and universities by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), hoping to be useful for them to find jobs.
