走私普通货物、物品罪是走私类罪中与人们日常生活关联性最大，也是最受人们关注的一种犯罪。以“空姐代购案”为切入点，引出其中涉及的刑法问题并进行具体分析，就今后走私普通货物、物品罪立法的方向进行探讨。首先从“空姐代购案”引出刑法的问题；然后具体阐述了上述分析中所提出的走私普通货物、物品罪的犯罪对象、定罪标准、量刑尺度等问题；最后提出笔者对今后走私普通货物、物品罪立法的一些建议。%Smuggling ordinary goods or articles is one of the crime of smuggling which relates to people’s daily life and attracts people’s attention most.
