Objective:To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopie unroofing for nonparasitic splenic cysts. Methods:Laparoscopic unroofing of nonparasitic splenic cysts was performed in 3 cases from Jul. 2007 to Jul. 2010. The cyst was opened and widely unroofed using ultrasonic scalpel and cystic fluid was sucked during the operation. Finally, the cystic wall was removed directly. Results:Laparoscopic unroofing of splenic cysts was successfully completed in all of the 3 cases without conversions to open surgery. In the 3 cases,the operation time was 45min,30min and 35min respectively,the blood loss during the operation was 40ml,20ml and 5mi respectively,all the patients were discharged from the hospital in 3 days. After the treatment, the three patients were followed up 3 years,6 months and 3 months respectively. All the cases were not found recurrence by B-ultrasound examination. Conclusions: Laparoscopic unroofing of splenic cysts with the advantage of quick recovery,is a simple, minimally invasive and feasible surgical method for the nonparasitic splenic cyst.%目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗非寄生虫性脾囊肿的可行性.方法:2007年7月至2010年7月为3例脾囊肿患者行腹腔镜脾囊肿去顶减压术,用超声刀切开囊壁,完全暴露囊腔,在囊壁与正常脾脏组织交界0.5cm处切除囊壁,并直接取出.结果:3例均成功完成腹腔镜脾囊肿去顶减压术,无一例中转开放手术.手术时间分别为45min、30min、35min;术中出血分别为40ml、20ml、5ml;均于术后第3天出院.术后分别随访3年、6个月、3个月,复查B超未见复发.结论:腹腔镜脾囊肿去顶减压术操作简单,患者创伤小,康复快,对非寄生虫性脾囊肿是一种可行的手术方法.
