经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用

摘要

目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的手术方法及操作技巧.方法:回顾分析56例经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料.结果:56例均成功施行经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术.4例经体外缝合悬吊辅助游离阑尾,2例缝合结扎后用可吸收夹夹闭阑尾根部.手术时间20～ 70 min,平均37 min；平均住院3d；均无并发症发生；患者对术后疼痛感、康复情况、美容效果均满意.结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有较好的临床效果,改进手术方法及操作技巧后明显缩短了手术时间,降低了手术难度,利用可弯曲器械可完成缝合打结等难度较高的操作.%Objective;To investigate the operative methods and techniques of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 56 patients who underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy. Results; Fifty-six cases of thansumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy were successful. Separation of appendix in 4 cases was assisted by suture and suspension in vitro. 2 cases of appendix root were closed by absorbable clip after suture and liga-tion. The operative lime was 20-70 min with an average of 37 min. The average hospital stay was 3 d. No complications occurred. All patients were satisfied with postoperative pain,recovery and the cosmetic results. Conclusions;Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy has better clinical results, improved methods of operation and surgical technique can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the difficulty of the surgery,the use of the bending device can complete the suture,knotting and other difficult operation.
