腹腔镜胆囊切除术在脊柱后凸畸形患者中的应用体会

摘要

目的:总结脊柱后凸畸形患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术( laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的临床经验及手术方法.方法:回顾分析2009年10月至2011年10月为11例脊柱后凸畸形患者行LC的临床资料.结果:11例手术均获成功,无腹腔出血、腹腔脓肿及胆漏等并发症发生,患者均治愈出院.结论:合理选择病例,理性选择手术时机,熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧,为脊柱后凸畸形患者行LC是安全、可行的.%Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy LC in kyphosis patients. Methods: The clinical data of 11 patients suffered from kyphosis who underwent LC from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results: All the operations were successfully performed without abdominal abscess and abdominal bleeding, bile leakage or other complications. Conclusions: LC is safe and feasible for patients with kyphosis through reasonable choice of cases,rational choice timing of surgery, laparoscopic operating skill proficiency.
