苯乙烯类化合物在OXONE作用下的双羟基化反应

         

摘要

Dihydroxylation of olefins was a very important way for transformation of functional group of alkene. A very simple oxidizer of superoxide of potassium sulphate (OXONE) was used to complete successively a versatile reaction in organic synthesis. Herein a series of styrene compounds were dihydroxylat-ed with OXONE in aqueous solvents. The reaction conditions such as the temperature, solvents and concentration were optimized and the application scope of substrates were investigated. It was found that the electron-donating functional groups on the phenyl ring were favorable to the dihydroyxlation. A series of dihydroxyl compounds were obtained this reaction resulting in 31%-88% yield.%双羟基化反应是十分重要的一种烯烃官能团转化的途径.用十分简单的氧化剂过氧化硫酸钾(OXONE)作为氧化剂,在含水溶剂中顺利的完成多种不同取代的苯乙烯类化合物的双键的双基化反应,并优化温度、溶剂、浓度等反应条件,研究底物的适应范围,发现芳环上给电子效应的官能团对反应有利,并以31%~88%的收率得到一系列相应的双羟基产物.
