甘肃省汉族、回族人非综合征唇腭裂与转化生长因子-α基因多态性的相关性对比

摘要

目的 研究甘肃省汉族和回族人非综合征唇腭裂与转化生长因子-α基因多态性的相关性.方法 采用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性方法,对50例汉族非综合征唇腭裂患者与50例正常汉族人,50例回族非综合征唇腭裂患者与50例回族正常人进行TGF-α基因检测分析.结果 汉族、回族人非综合征唇腭裂患者的等位基因频率较正常对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；汉族和回族人非综合征唇腭裂患者等位基因频率、基因型均差异无统计学意义.结论 TGF-α基因多态性与甘肃省汉族、回族人群非综合症唇腭裂的发生可能有关联,但在汉族和回族患者之间无特异性选择.%Objective To study the association between transforming growth factor a gene (TGF-a) variant and nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (NSCL/P) of Han and Muslin people in Gansu province. Methods TGF-a variant was detected by using RFLP-PCR for DNA samples of the 50 with NSCL/P in Han people and 50 normal people, 50 with NSCL/P in Muslin people and 50 normal people. Results It was found that allele frequency at TGF-α/TaqI locus in NSCL/P groups was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The TGF-a gene polymorphism is related to the occurrence of NSCL/P in Han and Muslin people in Gansu province, but has no particularity between Han and Muslin people with NSCL/P.
