硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫正高度屈光不正的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 观察硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGPCL)矫治高度屈光不正的效果.方法 分析RGPCL高度屈光不正患者78例(103只眼),根据其屈光度、角膜曲率和配适情况选择合适的镜片;定期观察患者配戴RGPCL的最佳矫正视力、适应性及舒适度.结果 配戴RGPCL治疗1周、1个月、3个月、6个月及1年与配戴框架眼镜对比最佳矫正视力提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);RGPCL治疗1周最佳矫正视力提高0.2(E字标准对数视力表)以上的眼数超过50％.RGP-CL治疗1个月、3个月、6个月及1年与RGPCL治疗1周最佳矫正视力对比差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).在1年的随访中未发生明显角膜上皮脱落、巨乳头结膜炎、角膜溃疡及新生血管等.结论 RGPCL对高度屈光不正的矫正效果明显优于框架镜,且安全、稳定,易被接受.%Objective To observe the curative effect of correcting defects of high refractive error with rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGPCL).Methods To analyse statistics of 78 patients (103 eyes) which were fitted with RGPCLs at our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014.We chose optimum lens for patients on the basis of their own diopters and keratometries.The changes of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),adaptation and comfortableness were observed.Results After 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months or 1 year treatment of RGPCL,patients got better BCVA than treatment of spectacles and the differences was statically significant (P ＜ 0.05).More than fifty percent of eyes achieved an increasing of BCVA over 0.2 (E Standard Logarithm Eyesight Table) after 1 week therapy of RGPCL.There is no statistical difference among wearing RGPCL for 1 week with that for 1 month,3 months,6 months or 1 year (P ＞ 0.05).During 1 year of follow-up,it is no obvious corneal epithelium,giant papillary conjunctivitis and corneal ulcer and new blood vessels that happen.Conclusion In allusion to high refractive error,RGPCL can gain corrected effectiveness,which was better than spectacles.Moreover the quality was safe,stable and acceptable.
